MKTINTEL is a market intelligence terminal providing real-time and delayed market data, AI-powered news analysis, and trading tools for futures traders. The Service is offered as a paid subscription accessible via web browser.

MKTINTEL offers the following subscription plans:
All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize MKTINTEL to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle. MKTINTEL reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, software, data compilations, and the underlying code — are the exclusive property of MKTINTEL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading and research purposes. No other rights are granted.
Market data provided through the Service may be delayed and is furnished for informational purposes only. MKTINTEL does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Data may originate from third-party sources and is subject to their terms and limitations.
You acknowledge that market data should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision.
Portions of the Service utilize artificial intelligence to analyze news, market conditions, and other data. AI-generated content is provided on an “as-is” basis and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
MKTINTEL does not warrant that AI-generated analysis is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimer provisions — shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
