Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other sensitive payment data on our servers. Stripe may collect and process:

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including:

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Stripe

Handles all payment processing and subscription management. Stripe receives your payment information directly and is PCI-DSS compliant.

Cloudflare

Provides infrastructure, content delivery, and security services. Cloudflare may process request metadata — including IP addresses and browser headers — as part of its network operations.

Anthropic

Powers AI-driven analysis features within the Service. Queries sent to Anthropic’s API may include market data context and user-initiated prompts. We do not send your personal account information to Anthropic. Refer to Anthropic’s usage policies for details on how they handle API data.

Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy and terms of service. We encourage you to review those policies independently.

5. Cookies and Session Management

MKTINTEL uses JWT (JSON Web Token) session cookies to authenticate your identity and maintain your session. These cookies are:

• Strictly functional — required for the Service to operate
• HTTP-only and secure — not accessible to client-side scripts
• Session-scoped — expire when your session ends or after a defined period

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Usage data is retained in aggregated form for analytical purposes.

Upon account deletion:

• Your personal information is removed from our active systems within 30 days
• Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before automatic deletion
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely
• Certain records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records)

7. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@mktintel.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

Please note that deletion of your account will result in immediate loss of access to the Service and cannot be reversed.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure session management, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
